The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being very close to Tanjung Aru beach, making it easy to spend a day at the beach. it is located near the airport, allowing for a quick and hassle-free commute for those with early morning or late-night flights. the rooms at the hotel are spacious, providing ample space for relaxation and rest. the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay.
There is only one English channel available on the room's television.

Close to beach, market, park, and city center. Clean with complimentary water. Renovations in progress. Complimentary airport and city shuttle. Near AirAsia airport with free return transfer. Nice and simple Western breakfast. Spacious room with enough space to pray and walk. Option to leave bags after checkout.

- very good location - close to the Airport T2 (15 min. walk with luggage) and the Tanjung Aru beach (5 min. walk) - nice and polite staff - good price - breakfast included
- needs a little renovation - "American" breakfast was not tasty - WC functions not very well - You can meet insects in the room

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms at our hotel. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was convenient for our quick stopover. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a lifesaver and the driver was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay near the airport.

- Basic facility but fair based on budget - shuttle service to city is plus point, but need to arrange your timing for pick-up
- If you want variety for breakfast, just skip the breakfast offered and go to the city instead

Very conveniently located close to the airport for a one nights stay. We walked there from the airport. When going back, we had to leave at 5am, and they arranged a driver for us, which was free of charge!

Near to KK airport terminal 2...just nice for overnight for late arr@airport...
Facilities...a bit dirty n old.then inside bath room leave one big pocket for repair bath tub..look very scary ..

Free airport pickup and drop off. Really near to kota Kinabalu Terminal 2 airport, around 5min. Drive. Pickup is efficient. Clean and modern room, friendly staff.
No hot water for shower. After I asked, the staff said there is hot water. But it's not even lukewarm.
